A simple self-inking name stamp, with text you have already decided on, genuinely takes about 20 minutes from approval to finished product. That is the machine time for laser-cutting the rubber and fitting it into the body.

What people usually forget is that the clock starts at approval, not at the moment you message us. If we are still going back and forth about spelling or layout, that is time added before the 20 minutes begins.

What actually takes the time

• Deciding and confirming the text. This is the single biggest variable, and it is entirely in your hands.
• Design and proofing, usually a few minutes for a plain text stamp and longer if a logo needs cleaning up.
• Laser-cutting the rubber, roughly 15 to 20 minutes for a standard size.
• Fitting and testing the impression.

• Embossing seal: usually next day. The die is metal and cannot be rushed.

How to make your order faster

• Send the exact text, typed out, rather than describing it. Typos in the message become typos in the stamp.
• If you have an old stamp, photograph it. Replicating an existing impression is faster than designing from scratch.
• Send a logo as a PNG or vector file if you have one. A screenshot of a logo needs redrawing, which adds time.
• Say up front if it is urgent. We can prioritise, but only if we know.
• Approve the proof promptly. Most delays we see are waiting for a customer to confirm.

What we will not rush

Accuracy on registration numbers. If your stamp carries a PMDC number, an advocate enrolment number, or a company NTN, we check it against what you sent before cutting. A stamp that is wrong on those details is worthless, and remaking it costs more time than the check.
